Patient has had a crown since he was in his teens and was not happy with the colour, shape and very inflamed gum above the tooth. The old porcelain fixed to metal crown was replaced with a full ceramic crown and the colour was matched by our ceramist.
Lisa was always bothered by the crowding of her teeth and felt that her 2 upper front tooth were too prominent and looked "bucky"
Orthodontics has straightened her smile and made it easier to clean her teeth.
Patient attended as the porcelain veneer had totally fallen off the upper right front crown. The upper left crown porcelain is also chipping and wearing and the patient understands that in the long term both crowns need replacement with all ceramic aesthetic crowns so he does not have the same problem again in the future. In the meantime a composite resin veneer was bonded to the existing metal crown surface to help out patient keep smiling
Patient didn't like the shape of her teeth next to her central incisors. The shape of the teeth were changed with composite bonding. Pt had zoom whitening prior to bonding for optimal result
Patient wanted to fix the gap on the upper left next to her front tooth but did not want an implant. We were able to bond a ceramic bridge replacing the left side front tooth and improve our patients smile.
Patient had two lower anterior front teeth that discoloured due to root canals. Patient wanted to improve the colour. Internal bleach was placed and teeth whitened in one visit
We’ll then take a look at it and get back to you with potential treatment options to meet your needs
